Personalized Circus Party Hats (Set of 8)

These cute party hats are festive and fun--your guests will love them! They are the perfect complement to our Circus Clown Carnival party supplies. These hats are exclusive to Make It Mine Parties! We designed them in house and are not selling them through any other source! You can only get them here!

Each set of 8 hats includes an assortment of two unique designs. Our hats are embellished with fun curly ribbon toppers. Colored elastic chin straps make wearing our party hats easy for everyone!

A personalized medallion graces each hat with a birthday message. For example "Shaylee is 3!" The number "3" is in the center of the medallion.
